The Happy Heart Club was formed by a group of people who attended the Cardiac Rehab Programme (Phase III) in The Bon Secours Hospital in Cork for six weeks in early 2009.   We would all like to thank Mary, Eadaoin, Anne and Aoife for the special care and attention.
